| IPC, which sponsors the APEX electronics
industry event, selected ATD's new SafeTest protection
technology, which protects low-voltage parts during in-circuit
test for this year's Innovative Technology Showcase. As
an award winner, signage for Teradyne's TestStation and
SafeTest were prominently displayed in a special area
of the Anaheim Convention Center during APEX, IPC Printed
Circuits Expo and IPC Designers Council Summit Exhibition
and Conference held February 24 through 26 in Anaheim,
CA. After a rigorous review, the ITS Review Board selected
technologies based on their value to the industry.
