Best in Test 2006 - Test & Measurement WorldTeradyne Wins Prestigious Best-in-Test™ Award
Teradyne’s Assembly Test Division received from Test & Measurement World magazine the ‘Best in Test’ award for its innovative ClearVue™ 3D X-Ray inspection technology. The prestigious award, which annually honors test industry products that offer a significant technological advancement to the market, will be presented at a ceremony held during the APEX Conference and Exposition in Anaheim, California on February 9, 2006.
 
IPC selected ATD's TestStation™ with SafeTest™ for Innovative Technology Showcase 2004
IPC, the Association Connecting Electronics Industries, selected the Assembly Test Division's (ATD) TestStation™ with SafeTest™ for this year's Innovative Showcase.

Teradyne’s Assembly Test Division received an Honorable Mention from Test & Measurement World Magazine for its SafeTest Protection Technologies. The SafeTest™ protection technologies found in Teradyne’s TestStation™ in-circuit test system provide the only ICT solution capable of safe and reliable testing of today’s new low voltage technologies.
 
Service Excellence Awards2003 Service Excellence Award
The award, sponsored each year by Circuits Assembly magazine, recognized the Assembly Test Division for demonstrating outstanding performance in customer satisfaction. Awards are presented to companies receiving the highest cumulative scores from their customers in the areas of service: dependability, manufacturing quality, responsiveness to changes and requests, technology and value for the price.

The Optima 7350 has won "Best in Test" for 2002 from Test & Measurement World magazine. The award honors products the magazine's editors think are particularly innovative or useful.

Most Valued Supplier Award, ManTech, 1999Most Valued Supplier Award, ManTech, 1999
Teradyne Assembly Test Division received a "Most Valued Supplier Award" from ManTech, the prime contractor for the Marine Corps' TETS program. Teradyne supplies ManTech with M910 Digital Test Instruments, which are part of the TETS (Third Echelon Test System) program.


This award is presented in recognition of your high performance standards and commitment to our mutual customer, the United States Marine Corps. You have been chosen to receive this award for your consistent on-time delivery, superior customer service, and excellent product quality.

 
Achievement Award, Lockheed Martin and U.S. Navy, 1998Achievement Award, Lockheed Martin and U.S. Navy, 1998
Lockheed Martin anf the U.S. Navy recognized the Teradyne Assembly Test Division for its high- volume production of M900-Series test systems. CASS (Consolidated Automated Support System) was developed by the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) as the Navy ATE standard for support of electronic systems at Intermediate Maintenance Activities (IMAs) both ashore and afloat, in addition to the systems at Navy repair depots. The award recognized Teradyne's achievement of successfully ramping up M900 new product production to the required production rate.

Lockheed Martin Information Systems recognizes all of the individuals responsible for their extraordinary efforts in leading Teradyne Inc., Assembly Test Division, Boston, Massachusetts, to achieve the high sustained rate of DTU production needed to support Navy CASS Station deliveries in 1998.

Lucent Technologies' Oklahoma City Works has awarded Teradyne Assembly Test Division its "Partner in Excellence Certificate" for Teradyne’s participantion in Lucent's Supplier Recognition Program during the last three years.
 
Recognition Award, Intel, 1997Recognition Award, Intel, 1997
Intel presented Teradyne Assembly Test Division with received a "Recognition Award" for developing of technology to enable on-board programming of Intel flash devices using Teradyne's Z1800-Series in-circuit test system.

Intel presents this Recognition Award to Teradyne Corporation in appreciation of outstanding support for Intel Embedded Products.

 
Preferred Supplier Certification, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, 1995
McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, St. Louis, MO, selected Teradyne Assembly Test Division as a "Preferred Supplier" as part of McDonnell’s effort to narrow its supplier base from 7000 to a select group of 500 vendors. Teradyne was evaluated on the basis of quality, on-time delivery, excellence in business practices, and continuous improvement of cost, quality, and efficiency.
 
Reliability and Maintainability Award, U.S. Navy, 1993Reliability and Maintainability Award, U.S. Navy, 1993
The U.S. Navy presented its "Reliability, Maintainability, and Quality Assurance Award" to Teradyne Assembly Test Division employees for outstanding contribution to Fleet readiness. Teradyne supplies the M900 to NAVAIR Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) stations. The award reads, "…in recognition of dedicated commitment to the achievement of reliable naval material through design engineering excellence, error-free manufacturing, and maintenance simplicity. This dedication reflects the same spirit and embracement of principles which culminated in man’s landing on the moon is sincerely appreciated."
