Teradyne ADSL Test System Receives –The Best in Test” Award
 

BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS À- February 9, 2000 À- Teradyne, Inc. (NYSE:TER) announced the Spectrum™ 8950-Series ADSL Manufacturing Test Platform will receive –The Best in Test Award.” The industry award is presented by the trade publication Test & Measurement World. Editors from the publication select 10 products as the best test products announced between November 1, 1998 and October 31, 1999. Subscribers of the magazine vote to nominate the –Test Product of the Year”. –The Best in Test” and –Test Product of the Year” awards will be presented at NEPCON West in Anaheim, CA (February 29-March 2).

Spectrum™ 8950-Series ADSL Manufacturing Test Platform

The Teradyne product receiving –The Best in Test” award is the Spectrum 8950-Series. The Spectrum Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line test system integrates in-circuit, functional, and system-level tests within a single-stage manufacturing test platform for ADSL-based products serving the telecommunications industry.
