immediate availability of the Z1888 Elite™, an
improved and cost-reduced version of the world's most
reliable and successful Z1800-Series™ manufacturing
process test systems. The Z1888 Elite is a full-function,
low-cost, in-circuit test system developed to combine
steadfast reliability, a lower cost of ownership and
proven performance with improvements to accelerate test
times, reduce overall test costs, and improve product

The Z1888 Elite includes rapid program turn-on, high-quality
