WESTFORD, MA -- September 24, 2002 -- Teradyne's [NYSE: TER] Assembly Test Division, a global leader in electronics testing and production solutions today announced the expansion of its relationship with Test Solutions Ltd (TSL) as one of its authorised representatives in Europe, exclusively serving the UK and Ireland territory. TSL will support Teradyne customers, offering sales and service for the full range of Teradyne test and inspection solutions including in-circuit test, roving probe, automated Optical inspection, X-Ray inspection, functional test, and D2B (design-to-build) software. TSL will work alongside Teradyne's UK major accounts team. The agreement was signed in August.
