GenRad Retains Torrenzano Group as Corporate Affairs and Financial Communications Counsel
 
Westford, MA, May 1, 2000 - GenRad, Inc. (NYSE: GEN) today announced it has retained The Torrenzano Group, a New York-based corporate affairs and financial communications firm, as strategic communications and investor relations counsel.

Representing major global corporations, The Torrenzano Group specializes in building, enhancing and protecting corporate reputations through high-level counsel and precise implementation of corporate communications and investor relations programs.
