Viper License Product Registration Form

To show our thanks to our Viper customers, Teradyne is offering free upgrades to the last Viper software release (Version 3.0). Version 3.0 contains the latest bug fixes and software enhancements such as panel test, configuration control, and production control scripting features.

In order to upgrade your Viper Test Stations and programming stations you must:

Order the Viper 3.0 Software Kit PN: 9010-1930-00. To order, click here.
Call 1-800-TERADYNE and order the Viper 3.0 Software Kit PN: 9010-1930-00.
Install the Viper 3.0 Software and use the License Manager to get the Host Name and Server Code information.
Complete the form on this web page to get your license key.
Once software is installed, licensed and running, you can download and apply the Viper 3.0 Patch by using the link at the left of ths page.

Note: You must have already installed the Viper software prior to starting this process because, you will need to supply a server code. This server code is produced by using the "Install License" utility under the "File" pulldown in the Viper software user interface.
