  • XVer Repair and Verification Package
 

Xver - Click on Image to enlargeXVer is a verification and rework station built specifically for Teradyne's XStation family of automated X-Ray inspection systems. XVer provides repair operators with a user-friendly interface to the X-Ray images of board defects and is used to accurately locate solder and component defects. XVer can be configured to use operator-defined manufacturing defect codes and allows the repair operator to classify and describe the corrective action(s) required for each board.
     
  • XStat statistical package
  XStat is the statistical reporting tool for Teradyne’s XStation series of automated X-Ray inspection systems. XStat allows users to compile and report defect and yield data in a number of common forms, including Pareto's, Measle and pie charts.

  Strategist provides manufacturers with valuable data on optimized test strategies such as identified escapes, overlaps, test time, yield, along with allowing users to further optimize strategies with their actual DPMO (Defects Per Million Opportunities) data.

  ClearVue™ 3D imaging technology provides the highest level of fault coverage with the lowest False ClearVue - Click on Image to enlarge Call Rates in the Industry. This revolutionary technology maximizes coverage, throughput, and reliability. ClearVue is unique in its ability to more accurately detect subtle defects and manufacturing flaws, even as board complexities grow.

This performance is achieved by using static images to reconstruct a tomosynthetic slice. By using this technique ClearVue removes all mechanical motion and averaging from the reconstructed slice.

The capability of ClearVue to slice at ~ 1 mil intervals in Z, with its clear advantage in imaging quality enables this technology to provide the highest fault coverage while keeping false fails to the lowest possible levels.
