How would you describe your career path to reach your current position?
I would describe my career path at Teradyne as progressive. I am about to reach 13 years with the company, which is a long time when compared to my collegiate peers. In my time at Teradyne, I have always been challenged and stretched, working in a variety of roles across planning, operations, strategic human resources and corporate human resources. With each new role, I have expanded my skill set and broadened my impact and responsibility. Being open to new experiences and unexpected opportunities has been key.

What do you love about your job or what do you find most rewarding?

The most rewarding aspect of my job is when I'm able to help an employee, manager, or retiree in times of great personal or professional struggle. Life happens. Knowing that I am able to be independent resource for individuals during difficult times reaffirms the prospect that we employ the whole person. Teradyne is a company that truly supports its employees.

How do you think the people at Teradyne differ from those you might find in other companies?
It's true that the people at Teradyne are smart, energetic, curious and driven. But I think what differentiates our people from other companies is a shared sense of values. Our values are not just words on a poster; they are very much the compass that guides us in our day to day exchanges. "Honesty & integrity in all that we do, a company without doors and customers count on us." These values are shared across various groups, countries and functions. If I were to give one piece of advice, I would tell job seekers to find a company that has values that closely align with their own.

Why did you choose to work at Teradyne?
I was impressed by the caliber of people and the exposure to meaningful work right out of the gates. It's a fast paced environment that allows motivated individuals to deliver significant results. Choosing the right company has made all the difference.
