A.T.i. Software GmbH offers test engineering services in developing In-Circuit and Functional test programs for Teradyne (GenRad) test systems (TS xxx, GR228x, GR227x, Spectrum 88xx). We provide entire test solutions including test fixtures and support. Particularly for In-line solutions (fixtures and cycle-time optimized test programs) we are your competent partner.
We are using the latest software releases (GR Force D2B and NAVIGATE). All of our test programs are debugged on our own test equipment to reduce installation time at your site.
For your special requirement we conceive and develop PC-test stations based on PXI/CompactPCI.
