Service Description:

ATE's charter is to supply Teradyne's installed customer base with the highest quality test programs, LASAR simulations, LASAR models, and associated services. ATE specializes in the development of functional test program sets for highly complex circuits. Our capabilities include:

• Military and commercial test set development
• LASAR simulations, models (structural, behavioral, hardware, ASIC/FPGA translators), post-processors, probe/trace algorithms, and TPS re-hosting
