Tuition Reimbursement
Teradyne pays 100% of the cost up front, for any accredited educational course related to your work to an annual amount of $5,250 per year. Covered expenses include tuition, lab fees and books. Courses must meet a minimum grade requirement.

Classes
Teradyne offers a number of continuous learning courses for employees, including: management and leadership classes, technical classes and more.

Internal Job Postings
Our continued success depends on finding the best individuals available to fill our open positions. Current employees are given first consideration for job openings.

Employee Referral Program
Teradyne offers an employee referral program. Employees that submit/recommend a candidate for a particular position will receive a one-time payout of $1,000 if that person gets hired and stays on for three months.
