As a Test Development Engineer, you will be designing and developing measurement techniques to verify our industry leading, state-of-the-art instrumentation. Because our customers are testing their chips with greater and greater accuracy, the challenge before you is to continually exceed expectations by fine tuning our instrumentation to higher accuracies. To guarantee our instrumentation, you will collaborate with other Test Development Engineers and mentors to develop techniques at the highest accuracies available. This role requires developing hardware, software and processes in conjunction with new instrumentation product development.

Because this role presents unique and difficult challenges, we’ll provide you with not only formal training and on-the-job learning, but also a mentor who can guide you in your skill development. As you grow within your role, so will the challenges and opportunities presented to you. You’ll be provided with regular career development and growth review meetings every six months, thereby giving you a high degree of feedback and personal control over your development.
