	Name: Damien Tufts Position: Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis Location: North Reading, MA Past experience: I started as part of the Financial Development Program which is a two year rotational program for college graduates in Finance and Accounting. After being in the program and rotating through four different positions within Finance/Accounting, I took a revenue/cost analyst role out in Agoura Hills, California for the Semiconductor Test Division. Four years later, I then took a position in Boston. The role was to produce the external reporting for the company (such as SEC filings which include 10-K annual reports and quarterly earnings press releases). Two years ago my current position as manager of the Financial Planning and Analysis group opened up to me. Favorite book: I read a wide variety of books so I could never choose a favorite. I love a good story though. One entertaining book I read in the last few months is called "The Life of Pi" by Yann Martel. It's the story of a boy who is stranded on a lifeboat with a Bengal Tiger for 227 days. It's an odd story, but very entertaining.

	Name:  Ayse Acar Position:  Manufacturing Engineer Location:  North Reading, MA Interests outside of work:  sports (boarding, running, rock climbing, water sports in general), music How would you describe your career path to reach your current position? During college, I found it beneficial to try many different internships. It helped me discover what I really wanted.  I realized that I like the technical aspect of industrial engineering with a taste of data analysis. That led me to the current position I am holding at Teradyne.  I do root cause analysis on various PCB's using both technical and statistical background for manufacturing faults.
