The Spectrum 8855xp can be configured with up to 5120 non-multiplexed in-circuit channels. It has 40 Extended VXI card slots for adding analog-only cards (CC1s), hybrid digital/analog channel cards (CC2As), CC3 Lightning high-speed flash and ISP programming channel cards,or integrating C-sized VXI instruments. The Spectrum 8855xp can also be configured with up to 448 M910 digital functional test channel.

In addition to the traditional in-circuit test program development and run-time software available with our test systems, there are optional Test Software packages available to support creation and execution of functional and boundary scan test applications.
