AVP license

This license allows users to run the Accuracy Verification Programs that verify the tester instrumentation is accurate using instrumentation that is traceable to NIST standards. Teradyne's Global Service Organization can perform AVPs for a fee, or trained customers can purchase this license and perform AVPs using their in-house maintenance personnel.
