Available Software Options
The following software features are available options on systems in the TestStation in-circuit test family.
- Design-to-Build (D2B) Software
- ATG / Program Prep License
- Dynamic Programming Extension License – interface to link with External DLL Applications
- Scan Pathfinder – Program Prep License and Diagnostic License for Boundary Scan Tests. Included with Scan Pathfinder is BasicScan.
- BasicScan - allows users to quickly create comprehensive digital test vector models automatically for boundary scan components. Boundary scan information can be input manually or imported directly from the vendor BSDL files. Included with Scan Pathfinder purchases.
- System Frequency / Time Measurement (SFTM) license – allows measurement of on-board frequency and time events
- Vectorless Test (Capacitive Opens Technique)

- AVP license - allows users to run the Accuracy Verification Programs that verify the tester instrumentation is accurate using instrumentation that is traceable to NIST standards. Teradyne's Global Service Organization can perform AVPs for a fee, or trained customers can purchase this license and perform AVPs using their in-house maintenance personnel.
