Available Core Instrumentation:

The following optional instrumentation is available within the Spectrum 9000-Series.

• M9-Series -The M9-Series DTI is a versatile C-size VXI instruments for high-performance digital testing. Digital functional test capabilities represent fifth-generation Teradyne technology. With a VXI plug & play software driver and hardware that are compliant with VXI interface standards, M9-Series instruments are easily integrated with other instruments in VXI-based test systems.

• Bi4-Series -The Bi4-Series™ of serial bus test instruments (BTI) is the first "synthetic" instrument capable of assuming a wide range of serial bus protocols required in military and aerospace test environments.

• Ai7-Series - Ai7-Series Analog Test Instrument Subsystem represents a breakthrough in analog test for C-size VXI. Now VXI system integrators can build test equipment for advanced mixed-signal testing using Teradyne's revolutionary tester-per-pin analog subsystem architecture. With six independent instruments behind every one of the 32 analog channels, the Ai7-Series provides the highest density analog capability available in a fully-compliant, C-size VXI instrument.

• Spectrum Cross-Point Matrix (SCPM) Switching Subsystem – Fully crosspoint, high bandwidth, VXI Controlled switching subsystem for resource distribution. Modular design employs two different module types within a 13-slot chassis

• UUT Power Subsystem – Agilent’s Modular 66000 Power Supply. Available Modules Include:

  • 0-8 V, 16 A Power Supply Module (HP 66101A)
  • 0-20 V, 7.5 A Power Supply Module (HP 66102A)
  • 0-35 V, 4.5 A Power Supply Module (HP 66103A)
  • 0-60 V, 2.5 A Power Supply Module (HP 66104A)
  • 1-120 V, 1.25 A Power Supply Module (HP 66105A)
  • 0-200 V, 0.75 A Power Supply Module (HP 66106A

Additional Instrumentation – because of its open architecture design, the Spectrum 9000-Series can be configured with any best-in-class 3rd party COTS instrumentation needed to meet the test requirements of your application.
