Through the use of COM technology, TestStudio communicates directly with DLL and object code passing events and data at test execution time. Specialized COM “add-ins” for Teradyne’s M9-Series instruments provide particularly close integration with and access to the unique features of these instruments. Data logging and viewing tools in TestStudio collect the test information you need and displays it in real-time and archives it for post-execution use. Advanced conditional branching capabilities in TestStudio make it easy to alter the flow of your test program based on results observed in real-time, such as linking in a specific diagnostic test sequence when a particular test step fails.
