How to Access Parts Services

  • Over the Telephone
    Our Telephone Access Numbers list toll-free and local access numbers that will connect you to a Customer Care Representative from anywhere in the world.

    For critical service issues requiring immediate assistance, call the Customer Care Center.
  • Over the WebRegistered Users Login
    Sign up to be a Registered User. You will receive your password within one hour.
    Registered Users can log in to enter a part request, view web transaction history, or update registration information.

Our replenishment parts services address a variety of needs across the lifecycle of your test equipment. With over $150M in spares parts inventory in Asia, Europe, Japan, and the United States, we can ensure that the right part is available when you need it. Our services include:

Same Day Parts Ship (SDS)** Immediate shipment to replenish on-site parts inventory (check for delivery by region).
Basic Parts Service (BPS)
5 business day ship, after part return
Low-cost parts replenishment alternative for customers with larger on-site parts inventory.
Mature Parts Service (MPS)
20 business day, after part return***
Replacement part is shipped after defective part is returned, for mature and end-of-life product.
Exact Swap (ESWP) Repair services for end-of-life product or where exact part return is required.
Emergency Calibration (ECAL)
3 business day ship in U.S. and 10 for other countries, calibration
Fast delivery to replenish parts requiring precision calibration.
Basic Calibration (SCAL)
25 business day ship, after part return
Basic replenishment service for parts requiring calibration.

*Please note, per transaction replenishment parts services for Semiconductor Test and Nextest systems have changed as of Sept. 1, 2009. For more information, please contact your local field representative.

These services provide immediate access to on-site spares which are critical for achieving the highest system uptime, reducing work in progress, and increasing output.
