The team members are in Asia, Europe, and the United States.

What services does the team provide?

• Customized operator interfaces —
  When customization or the creation of a new interface is required in your production environment, our experienced team is ready to help meet your needs.
• Customized software and tools —
  When you need specific requirements and tools to improve efficiency, our Applications Engineers will define, quote, and deliver the solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
• Handler/Prober drivers —
  We can create and customize handler/prober drivers based on your specific requirements. With our team’s expertise, we can deliver that new driver quickly and in a cost-efficient manner.
• Hotline support —
  When a problem occurs, call the Customer Care Center at 1-800-TERADYNE. We will help you get your system back into production as quickly as possible.

• SecsGem software —

• Test system administration (UNIX and Windows) —
  Contract your test floor system management to our team and take advantage of our extensive system administration experience. We can offer customized services to help manage your IMAGE-based and FLEX test systems, including:

What products does the team provide?

Production-related products, such as DtWire and Tester Utilization, are two new products available through our team. Contact Bob Mastrogiacomo or your local Sales representative for information about these products and other product offerings.

• DtWire —
  A licensed product which can be installed on a Windows-based test system, DtWire does not require IG-XL and can operate on all test systems. It creates customized sequences or roadmaps that transfer data to a remote location at a user-defined schedule. This product also includes built-in command filters with advanced functions. • Tester Utilization —
  System time is particularly valuable in the Engineering environment. With our Tester Utilizaton tool you will be able to collect data that will help justify the use of the test system. This tool does not require IG-XL and can be installed on any Windows-based system. Use this easy-to-use software tool to monitor the usage of your tester system. This tool will collect:
  • Name of person logged on
  • Date of login
  • Times of login and logout
  • Purpose of use
