Register for Teradyne Training
Our training includes instructor-led courses for maintenance and programming, live webcasts, and independent study computer-based courses for Assembly Test and Semiconductor Test products.

Click the Class ID or Enroll icon on the right of the Course Title. For tuition information or to register, contact our Customer Care Center.

Why become a Registered User?
Registered Users can check the status or cancel their requests through My Registrations. In addition, registered users can view and change their registration information.

To become a Registered User, complete the User Registration Form. You will receive your password within one hour.

Additional features are available to Corporate Training Coordinators with Gold Access accounts.

To view Class Details, scroll over course title.

To enroll, select either the Class ID link or Enroll icon for the class. Complete and submit the Enrollment Form.

Why join a Waitlist?
When you see in the Date column, it indicates a class is full or not yet scheduled.

If a class is scheduled and full, Customer Care will contact you if a seat becomes available. Seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
If a class is not yet scheduled and you joined the Waitlist, Customer Care will contact you when the class is scheduled. The Waitlist is used to determine interest in a class, when it will be scheduled, and where it will be held.

To join the Waitlist for a class, click or select the Enroll icon and submit the Waitlist Form.
