October 31, 2008 – Abstracts and Outlines due - Start or continue your journey at the longest running users technical conference in the ATE Industry. Submit a one-paragraph abstract of your 20-25 minute presentation. See the TUG Web site for submission guidelines.
In order for the Steering Committee to accept your abstract, we ask for a complete outline of what you will present. Proven methods and practices only — or walk the plank! Failure to submit all requirements means your submission will not be considered.
December 2008 – The Steering Committee meets in early December to select those abstracts that will make up the TUG 2009 technical program. You will be contacted via e-mail by the end of December to confirm that your materials have been accepted.
January 2009 – All abstracts will appear on the TUG public Web site in January when registration begins.
March 14, 2009 – All Electronic files of completed papers and presentation materials are due.
May 4-6, 2009 – Teradyne Users Group Conference sets sail.
Sunday Seminars – Keep your eye on the TUG Web pages to see what will be offered. If you have a jewel of a technique that you may want to share with the longer session, let us know.
Please Note: Submit your travel budget early and get management approval. Don’t wait until the last minute and get left behind. Remember that a one-day registration fee is waived for those who present a technical paper, or a tutorial.
