To submit your TUG 2012 abstract:
- Download and complete the Abstract Submission Form and Questionnaire. Or, download the submission form/questionnaire and the instruction sheet in a zip file.
- Save your files with the name of the submitter. Save your abstract file as name_abstract (for example: smith_abstract).
- Go to TUG submission Web site at: https://tug.webexone.com.
- Enter the following Login Name and Password:
Login Name: tug2012
Password: abstract
- Click the drop-down arrow on the Documents navigation button on the left.
- Select New Document from the drop-down menu.
- Enter the name of your file in the Title field, e.g., name_abstract.
- Select the Browse button to locate your file.
- In the Located in field, click the + sign to expand the Group Documents folder. The TUG 2012 Abstract Submission folder will display.
- Highlight the TUG 2012 Abstract Submission folder.

Click the Save & Add Another button on the top or bottom nav bar and repeat steps 7-10. |

Click the Save button on the top or bottom nav bar. |
- When you have finished uploading all your files, select the Save button on the top or bottom nav bar. A profile of your uploaded file will display.
- Select the Done button on the top nav bar.
- Click the Logout link on the top nav bar (under the heading Teradyne Users Group Conference).
NOTE: If you change your submission files, please resubmit them with a .rev1 extension on the file names.
What happens next?
- You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your files within a few days.
- If any of the requested information is missing, the abstract will be returned to you.
- Your files will be moved to program folders where they will be reviewed by the Steering Committee and a subcommittee of Teradyne and customer engineers.
- If we have questions about your submission, a member of the Steering Committee will contact you before the end of November 2011.
- The Steering Committee meets in December 2011 to develop the final program.
- You will receive an email notifying you of your abstract status by the end of December 2011.
- Final papers and presentations will be due March 16, 2012.
