The Semiconductor Program will hold three days of presentations on the Web. When you register, you will select the days you want to join. We look forward to your participation.

TUG 2009 Papers and Presentations will be available in eKnowledge on May 5, 2009, the first day of the conference. Click the Papers/Presentations button on the left for information on how to access them.
Registration
Register for one day, two days, or the full three days of webcasts. Registration is open to individuals, groups or Teradyne employees. For single registrations, the cost is $30/day. For group registrations, the cost is $150/day. A group is five people or more.
Registration Deadline: May 1, 2009
You missed the deadline, but you may not have missed out entirely. The session recordings will be available On Demand from May 9-31.
If you register by 12 noon (EDT) Thursday, May 7, you can view the recordings On Demand for the sessions you selected. Unfortunately, the live Q&A sessions with the authors that were part of the normal TUG day will not be available for the On Demand sessions.

Before you register...
Review the Semiconductor Test Program so you sign up for the day(s) when your sessions of interest will be broadcast.
Register online for the days you want to attend. You may pay by credit card, check, or for Teradyne employees, by entering your department number.
