The TUG conference is open to all licensed users of Teradyne's test systems and software products. The Semiconductor Test program is three days, May 3-5; the Defense & Aerospace program is two days, May 3-4. All Eagle and Nextest customers are welcome.

To qualify for the early registration discount, registration and payment must be received by 11 p.m. (PST) April 2, 2010. Credit cards and checks accepted. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be granted for cancellations or no-shows.

Presenters
As a "thank you" to Teradyne customers from the TUG conference, presenters will receive a credit of one standard day's registration fee. Only one credit applies per author. No other discount is applied. Credit does not apply to hotel stay, transportation, or meals.
Welcome Reception and Conference Check-In
From 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, May 2, conference participants may check-in at the West Registration Counter. There will be a welcome reception on the Basshead Deck during this initial check-in time.
