Peripheral Interfaces

The core products of the Production Integration Mechanical engineering team are the peripheral interfaces to allow robust hard docking between the Teradyne family of testers and your production floor device handlers (Wafer Probers and Final Test Handlers).

These interfaces have standard design options and are compatible across the complete FLEX family of testers (Tiger, FLEX, UltraFLEX, MicroFLEX).  Teradyne is constantly developing new standard solutions for the state of the art peripherals and is often able to launch an interface at or shortly after a new peripheral launch due to our close relationships with all of the major peripheral manufacturers.

Additionally, we continually add to our solutions list with specific requests from our customers for less common device handlers.
