BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 14, 2003--Teradyne (NYSE: TER) announced that ASAT Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of ASAT Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: ASTT), has purchased multiple Catalyst SOC test systems for high volume production of multimedia and wireless communication devices to prepare for the next phase of growth.
