Catalyst With MicroWAVE 6000™ to Test New Devices for WLAN and Cellular Products
Teradyne, Inc. (NYSE:TER) announced Airoha Technology Corp., a Fabless company headquartered in Hsinchu, Taiwan, has selected the Catalyst test system with MicroWAVE 6000™ instrumentation for highly integrated RF/Mixed Signal device test. Teradyne's Catalyst will test Airoha's new Airglow SiGe BiCMOS device used in cellular products and the company's new Airlink device used in WLAN products. Selection was based on the proven test cost efficiency of Teradyne's test solutions.

Teradyne's MicroWAVE6000 instrumentation suite provides a complete range of RF/microwave test capabilities required for current and future wireless devices and communications standards.
