Infiniti Solutions Ltd Expands Device Test Range with Teradyne's FLEX

BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS November 4 , 2004 – Teradyne, Inc. (NYSE:TER) announced Infiniti Solutions Ltd, which offers test services in the Silicon Valley through its VIKO Test Lab, has purchased the FLEX™ test system to expand device test market opportunities for its Test Lab in Santa Clara, CA. Infiniti Solutions will use the FLEX to enhance their engineering development capability and widen their device test offerings for customers . In the Silicon Valley, Infiniti Solutions Ltd designs, develops and manufactures burn-in products, and provides burn-in/package qualification and test services for the semiconductor industry.
