Aeroflex UTMC Selects Catalyst Tiger and J750k Test Systems from Teradyne SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 18, 2001--Teradyne announced today that Aeroflex UTMC has purchased Catalyst Tiger and J750k test systems. Aeroflex UTMC is a supplier of integrated circuits and circuit card assemblies for the aerospace, commercial, communication and industrial markets. Aeroflex UTMC will use Catalyst Tiger for characterization and production test of its ASIC and memory devices. The J750k will be used at wafer probe and final test for testing a variety of devices including mixed signal circuits. Both systems will ship during the second quarter of 2001 to Aeroflex UTMC's facility in Colorado Springs, CO.
