Ltd. has purchased the Integra J750 test system for contactless smartcard test. The Integra J750 with the Radio Frequency Identification Option (RFID) tests RFID interfaces integrated into VLSI devices like smartcards and I.D. tags. These devices are commonly found in public transportation, telephone, and health insurance cards, luggage tags, and a variety of other applications. Teradyne's RFID Option provides a complete, economical test solution for contactless and contacted smartcards.

No additional hardware interfaces are needed to test contactless smart card devices accurately and efficiently.
