(NYSE:TER) announced Amlogic, Inc., a leading supplier of highly integrated system-on-a-chip (SOC) solutions in the multimedia and internet consumer markets, has selected Teradyne to test a next-generation DVD decoder. Amlogic's selection of Teradyne, in a competitive design win, was based on the test economics and converter test capability of the J750 test system and Teradyne's global applications support.
