MUNICH, Germany--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 19, 2004--Teradyne, Inc. (NYSE:TER), the world's largest supplier of semiconductor test equipment, announced today its first system installation in Russia. Teradyne in collaboration with Amideon Systems installed the 512-pin J750 test system at the Scientific Research Institute of Electronic Engineering (RIEE) in Voronezh. The system will be used in the design and development of integrated microcircuits.
