(NYSE:TER) announced that ISE Labs (International Semiconductor Engineering Laboratories), an engineering development and production test service provider and a subsidiary of ASE Test Limited, has selected Tiger to test a wide range of devices that include high-speed digital, SerDes, and SONET technologies. ISE Labs, Silicon Valley's largest integrated circuit testing laboratory, will use Tiger to test customer devices for networking, processors, graphics, chipset, SOC, high-speed memory and wireless IC applications. Tiger is the first SOC test system to provide digital performance with full I/O data rates and differential capability to 1.6 Gbps while retaining the timing flexibility that chipset and network processing applications demand.
