(GAPT), Shanghai has selected the first Tiger test system in China for use in GAPT's Zhangjiang Hi-Tech park facility. The Tiger, in addition to GAPT's current install base of Teradyne Catalyst, J971 and J750 test systems, will be used for production test of a broad range of devices. Teradyne made the announcement at SEMICON China held here March 12-14.
