NORTH READING, Mass. – March 1, 2010 –Teradyne, Inc. (NYSE: TER) announced that it has been appraised at Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMI®) Level 3 from the Software Engineering Institute. This certification demonstrates Teradyne’s commitment to deliver excellence in its software products and improved performance to its customers.
The Software Engineering Institute works closely with industry and government organizations to advance software engineering and related disciplines to improve the cost, schedule and quality of development programs. SEI provides a framework to measure the proficiency of an organization and to certify its capability.
