Teradyne D2B DesignView™ is a module that operates within Teradyne's D2B (Design-To-Build) environment. Teradyne D2B DesignView provides the ability to load schematic pages and link them to the physical board layout and allows the user to combine schematic page information that is represented in HPGL format with the physical layout of the board.

Once the schematic and physical board files have been merged all components and signals that are present in both views of the data are dynamically linked together. For example, searching for a component reference will cause both schematic and physical views to zoom to the same component. The same is true for signal and trace references. If multiple references exist across a schematic then these will be displayed in a list so that the user can visit each occurrence.
