Semiconductor Test is a lead-
ing supplier of semiconductor test equipment for logic, RF, analog, power, mixed-signal, and memory technologies. We deliver test solutions to developers and manufacturers of a broad range of integrated circuits, packaged separately or integrated as System-On-a-Chip (SOC) or System-In-Package (SIP) devices. Custom Solutions

The Test Cell Business Unit team was started as a result of growing customer requests for a turn-key integration on their production floor.  Teradyne acknowledged this gap and began the 'TCBU' team to design high quality docking and signal delivery solutions into the tester platform from the inception of the system development.

This is evidenced by the compatibility exhibited throughout Teradyne's  tester family: Tiger, FLEX, MicroFLEX and UltraFLEX all utilize the same external interface board shape, the same peripheral interface hardware, the same signal delivery towers and excluding the UltraFLEX, even use the same load board outline dimension drawings.

A valuable service offered by the Test Cell Business Unit team is the ability to offer a factory designed custom solution.  We are able to address custom requests without sacrificing the performance, safety or other winning metrics of the test system. We specialize in low volume, quick turn engineering and procurement.
