Signal Delivery

Signal performance and fidelity to the device is the key to high performance testing.  Teradyne provides industry leading designs for probe signal delivery towers and RF paths to your probe card.  Capable of +1 GHz with up to 4,650 total pins, Teradyne's signal delivery towers are able to meet a wide range customer application requirements. Optional RF Pipes extend performance to 18 GHz.
