1 Gigahertz Very High Frequency Digitizer
The 1 GHz VHF Digitizer combines technical performance, optimized throughput economics, and ease of use for efficient testing of high speed PRML, 100BaseT and 1000BaseT Ethernet, and other high bandwidth applications. The VHFD 1G provides 12-bit analog-to-digital performance, and its enhanced voltage and settling time accuracy allows tighter guardbands, resulting in higher device yields. The VHFD 1G is a fully integrated system instrument, designed specifically for ATE. Frequency and voltage level changes can be executed in 20 milliseconds or less, allowing the instrument to be used in different modes or settings.
