Scale Performance to Your Needs

Teradyne Performance on Demand lets you scale the capabilities of your Tiger test system to the changing production needs of your test floor. When you need more performance, upgrade Tiger capabilities with software licenses over the web. You pay only for the capabilities you use, when you use them, lowering your cost of test.

 

How Performance on Demand Works

After setting up your on-demand upgrade account, you have password-protected 7x24 access to our secure web site. Select the performance parameters you need on line. Then Teradyne will provide an on-demand license key that activates your upgrade, bringing your system to the performance standards you request.

 

Choose From 4 Performance Parameters

Frequency: Configure the speed you want from 200 MHz to 1.6 Gbps.

Vector Memory: Select from 16M to 128M.

Scan: Choose either Standard or Enhanced to support either 128M or 512M maximum scan depth.

Memory Test: Switch this option On or Off as needed for testing large embedded FLASH, DRAM, ROM, and EEPROM found on today's VLSI devices.
