Prior to your first day of work at Teradyne, please complete and bring with you the following forms.

I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification

For new hires joining Teradyne, AIT, AutoGuide, Energid or MiR, please print the employment agreement below. This form will be completed on your first day of employment.

Teradyne Employment Agreement

For new hires joining Universal Robots, please print the appropriate employment agreement below based on your work state. This form will be completed on your first day of employment.

(Please note: On the last page of the I-9 form, you will find a list of “Acceptable Documents,” please make sure to bring the appropriate documents with you on day one.)

Benefits Information

During your first week, you will receive an email from the HR Service Center providing you with access to our benefits portal, where you will enroll in all of your new hire benefits.

Code of Conduct Training

Teradyne’s Code of Conduct training reinforces Teradyne’s commitment to honest and ethical business practices. It provides standards and guidelines of conduct for Teradyne employees, officers and directors.

This training is required for all Teradyne employees and must be completed within the first 90 days of employment. You will receive an email after you start with detailed instructions on how to complete this training.
