Singapore Privacy Notice
Singapore residents under Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”) have the following rights with respect to the Personal Information that Teradyne processes:
Right of access. Singapore residents have the right to obtain:
- Personal Information that is in Teradyne’s possession or under Teradyne’s control; and
- information about the ways in which that Personal Information has been or may have been used or disclosed by Teradyne within a year before the date of individual’s request.
Right of correction. Singapore residents have the right to correct an error or omission in the Personal Information Teradyne holds.
Right to withdraw consent. Singapore residents have a right to withdraw consent with respect to the collection, use or disclosure of the Personal Information for any purpose by Teradyne. Upon withdrawal of such consent, Teradyne may not be able to provide some or all of the services to Data Subject or respond to individual’s other requests.
Right to portability. Singapore residents have the right, in certain circumstances, to request the transfer of the Personal Information in Teradyne’s possession or under Teradyne’s control to another organisation in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
