Teradyne’s Di-Series and 6020-Series digital test instruments address technologies such as low voltage differential signaling (LVDS), while maintaining full capability to support legacy test requirements. The Di-Series is a highly integrated, standards-based VXI instrument—a powerful combination of performance and flexibility for testing UUTs with speeds up to 50 MHz.
Using a compact PXIe form factor, the 6020-Series instruments provide flexible parallel digital functional LVDS test capability up to 25 MHz with large pattern depth and results memory, as well as at-speed JTAG boundary scan test and parallel I/O and flash programming.
