We are excited that you have decided to join us at Teradyne. To get you started, we have provided some important information for you on this page. Please review the benefits information below and the required forms for your first day on the job.
Orientation is every Monday at 2p ET. For weeks where Monday is a holiday, orientation will be held on Tuesday at 2p ET.

Prior to your first day of work at Teradyne, please complete the following forms. They will be collected during orientation.
Please note: On the last page of the I-9 form, you will find a list of “Acceptable Documents.” Please bring the appropriate documents with you on your start date.
Employment Agreement – At the time your offer was presented, a copy of the Employment Agreement was included. Please select your company’s agreement from the list below and complete it prior to orientation. Enter your state of employment in section 12 of the Employment Agreement.
Additional forms to complete
During your first week, you will receive an email from the HR Service Center providing you with access to our benefits portal, where you will enroll in all of your new hire benefits. If you do not receive your access credentials or have questions related to this process, please contact Teradyne’s HR Service Center or 978-370-3041.

Code of Conduct Training
Teradyne’s Code of Conduct training reinforces Teradyne’s commitment to honest and ethical business practices. It provides standards and guidelines of conduct for Teradyne employees, officers and directors.
This training is required for all Teradyne employees and must be completed within the first 90 days of employment. You will receive an email after you start with detailed instructions on how to complete this training.
