About the Program
The Operations Rotational Program is designed for recent college graduates seeking to build a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s operational functions. Over the course of the program, participants rotate through various departments every six months.
Each rotation provides a new mentor and a unique challenge assignment, allowing hires to tackle real-world projects and gain hands-on experience. This structure fosters professional growth, enhances skill development, and offers valuable exposure to different areas within operations, ultimately preparing participants for leadership roles within the company. The program emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and a holistic view of operational excellence.

- Supply Based Management (SBM)Supply-Based Management Engineering focuses on optimizing the supply chain and resource management processes within an organization. It integrates engineering principles with supply chain management to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
- New Product Introduction (NPI) NPI is the process of bringing a new product from concept to market. It includes stages such as idea generation, market research, product development, planning, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
- High Volume Manufacturing (HVM)HVM is the process of producing large quantities of products efficiently and consistently to meet our customer commitments often using automated systems to minimize costs, maximize quality, and hit our revenue goals.
