Automated, Scalable Thermal Test Solution for Factory Applications
Tempo is a NextGen thermal test system that incorporates automation to enable reliable high-volume CCA testing using fewer test resources. Tempo delivers 3x higher throughput over traditional thermal test chambers by incorporating automation and minimizing tester idle time.
The Tempo Product Line includes solutions to meet the full spectrum of Factory Test needs from Engineering Development & Debug (Tempo Workbench), to Low-Rate Initial Production (TempoOne), to Full Rate Production (Tempo). Tempo integrates with a wide variety of Testers, including all Spectrum variants, and Tempo can be integrated with Factory Automation to support evolving test needs.

Thermal Controller

- Proportional LN2 Injection with redundant Safety Solenoid w/ optional GN2 inlet (or CDA)
- Temperature Range: -55 to +85 (±2C)
- Adjustable Ramp Rate: 15C/min (max)
- Airflow: 1500-1600 CFM throughout chamber
- Conditioned Air delivered to UUTs via focused ducts to promote efficient thermal transitions
Automated Conditioned Environment
- Gantry, Transition Rack, and Test Site Actuator
- Optimized, sealed and reinforced thermal enclosure

- Interfaces with a range of factory automation solutions for pre-staging or scheduling of UUT testing
