Automated Inline In-Circuit Test Solutions
Achieve Greater Test Productivity
The Production Board Test Family of automated in-circuit systems are configured to support the requirements of any volume and mix PCBA production.
Teradyne inline test solutions are designed for integration with existing and new manufacturing lines, delivering a hands-off, single-insertion PCBA test stage. Automated TestStation systems support short-takt-time production, a range of test instruments, test point pincounts, and Multi-Site configurations to meet diverse manufacturing requirements.

TestStation Inline Automated Test Systems
TestStation systems are fully integrated solutions that combine a Teradyne automated board handler with a TestStation test insert. The solution fits seamlessly into production lines, enabling hands-off operation for high-mix, high-volume PCBA lines.
Single-Site Systems deliver test times equivalent to full-sized manual systems, faster takt times than human operators, and support up to 2,560 test points. Single-site systems can be upgraded to Multi-Site configurations as production needs grow.
Multi-Site Systems double the available pincount to 5,120 and reduce panel test times by splitting the task between two sites. Each site tests half of the panel simultaneously, effectively halving the total test time.

Nano Test Automation
Nano Test Automation is Teradyne’s inline in-circuit test solution designed for mid-tier production needs.
Built with manufacturers and users in mind, Nano features an intuitive interface, nested fixture design, and enhanced UUT handling to streamline test processes. It supports up to 2,560 test points in a compact footprint, providing full advanced test capability in a small, efficient system.

TestStation Inline Test Inserts
TestStation Inline Test Inserts are stand-alone tester systems designed for integration with automated board handlers. Configured with standard TestStation hardware and software, Test Inserts can be easily paired with Teradyne or third-party handling equipment to meet a wide range of test requirements.
The modular packaging allows manufacturers to design automation solutions that fit unique production workflows and requirements.
