Offline In-Circuit Test Solutions
Achieve Greater Test Productivity
TestStation provides a range of configurations to support varying mix, volume, and test complexity, covering all PCBA structural and functional pre-screen applications.
TestStation offline systems are designed for operation with a human operator or collaborative robot. They scale to support 128–15,000 test points, and the newest Multi-Site configurations double productivity per system, helping manufacturers reduce both CapEx and OpEx.

TestStation LH
The TestStation LH is a general-purpose member of the in-circuit TestStation family, supporting all TestStation options without limitation.

TestStation LX2
The TestStation LX2 is a high-pincount production test system capable of supporting up to 15,360 test points within the same footprint as the LX. It supports program and fixture transfers from the LX and can accommodate test fixtures up to 800 lbs.
Key Applications:
-
Testing complex, multi-core routers and servers
-
Integrated boundary scan, built-in self-test, and powered functional pre-screen requirements

TestStation Multi-Site Solutions
TestStation Multi-Site systems combine a high-pin-count, zero-footprint modular test head with the flexibility to link multiple test heads into a single integrated solution.
Designed for multi-copy panels, Multi-Site testing reduces total test time by half compared to a standard TestStation, using one operator and one fixture.
Supporting all standard TestStation options, Multi-Site systems increase productivity while reducing operating costs and overhead.
TestStation Multi-Site Offline
The Multi-Site Offline configuration supports two sites operating in tandem for 100% concurrent testing of two board copies, with no shared resources.
This setup doubles throughput, achieving up to 2× the units per hour of a single-site system. A single test program is written and automatically shared across both sites.
TestStation Multi-Site Offline Asynchronous
The Multi-Site Offline Asynchronous system supports two independent test sites that can run different programs or PCBAs simultaneously.
Designed for high-mix, low-volume production with frequent changeovers, a dual-fixture design allows one site to continue testing while the other is reconfigured for a new application.
